Questions about the Smart Factory
Which concept fits my production?
Two questions decide: how many people can you put on the machine, and how large do you need to print? ONE and PRO run the whole process with one operator. FLOW separates pretreatment and printing for higher total output and large formats. In a livestream we look at your volumes and staffing and recommend a setup.
Is Milow included?
Yes, in every Smart Factory package. Milow is licensed monthly by connected stations, and the first three months are included from commissioning. More about Milow →
Can it connect to our shop or ERP?
Yes. Milow receives orders via API, and the machines have OPC-UA and REST interfaces. Milow runs on-premise or in your own cloud.
Which materials can I print?
Smart Factory ONE and PRO print cotton, blends and polyester in the same system, with pretreatment integrated. Choose your material in the free sample box and see the result.
How much does a Smart Factory produce?
ONE up to 60 and PRO up to 100 finished garments per hour, FLOW up to 180 prints per hour. Output depends on design, material, operator and production setup; the figures are based on a 40 × 20 cm print size.
We already run aeoon machines. Do we start from zero?
No. A Kyo Plus is the same platform as Smart Factory FLOW. Add the PTB Line Up, the print software and Milow, and your machine is extended, not replaced.
