Keep blanks, decorate on demand. Print quantities follow real orders, from single pieces to large batches. No setup per design, so there is no minimum.

A new design waits for sampling rounds, production slots and shipping.

Questions brands ask us
Can we really produce without minimums?
Yes. DTG needs no screens and no setup per design, so a single piece is a real production order. You keep blank garments in stock and decorate them when orders come in.
How does the cost per piece compare to our supplier?
It depends on your designs, volumes and freight costs. Send us your product mix and we calculate it together in a livestream.
Which materials can we print?
With DTG: cotton, cotton blends and polyester. The Hybrid adds special pastes and effects and also handles unconventional materials. Choose your material in the free sample box.
Are the inks compliant with our sustainability standards?
aeoon water-based pigment inks are approved by GOTS and OEKO-TEX. And producing to demand avoids the overproduction that minimum orders build in.
Can the machines connect to our ERP?
Yes. aeoon systems offer open interfaces (OPC-UA, REST) for integration with ERP and order management.
