Pricing
Ten shirts barely cover the setup. You quote high and lose the job, or quote low and lose the margin.

Full colour at no extra setup, including gradients and photo prints. Gamut expansion colours bring prints closer to RGB designs and Pantone references.

Start with Micro or Compact and grow into Kyo and automation within the same aeoon platform. Choose integrated pretreatment on the Compact Ai1, or an external aeoon pretreatment system that can supply several printers.

Questions print shops ask us
Can I really make money on 10 or 20 piece orders?
Without setup per job, the cost per shirt no longer depends on the order size. What it is depends on the garment, design size and ink coverage. In a livestream we calculate it with your designs and your real order sizes, so you know your price before you invest.
Does DTG pay off next to my screen printing?
It depends on your job mix. DTG earns its place on short runs, multi-colour designs and personalisation, where screen setup eats your margin. Long runs of simple designs often stay on the press.
Do I need to pretreat garments?
For dark garments, yes. You can choose: the Compact Ai1 has wet-on-dry pretreatment built in, so one operator runs pretreatment and printing in one system. The Micro and Compact work with an external aeoon pretreatment system, which can also supply several printers as you grow. We help you pick the setup that fits your volumes.
Which garments can I print?
Cotton, cotton blends and polyester. Order the free sample box and choose the material you want to see printed.
Are the inks safe and sustainable?
aeoon uses water-based pigment inks approved by GOTS and OEKO-TEX.
