We still run older printers. Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. You can add a first Smart Factory next to your existing printers, move jobs over step by step and compare the results in your own production.
Is there a fee per print?
Not with a system you own. You buy ink and service, and every additional order stays in your margin. We compare both models with your real numbers in a livestream.
Can one machine print cotton and polyester?
Yes. Smart Factory ONE and PRO print cotton, blends and polyester in the same system, with pretreatment integrated. Choose your material in the free sample box and see the result.
Is Milow included?
Yes, in every Smart Factory package. Milow is licensed monthly by connected stations, and the first three months are included from commissioning. More about Milow →
Can it connect to our shop or order system?
Yes. Milow receives orders via API, and the machines have OPC-UA and REST interfaces. Milow runs on-premise or in your own cloud. In a consultation we check how your shop or OMS connects.
Why is the output lower than on our current printers?
Because it counts something different. Printer speed counts printing only; pretreatment, drying and handling happen elsewhere with additional staff. Smart Factory ONE and PRO count finished garments from one process, run by one operator. Compare output per operator.
What does a print cost?
It depends on the garment, design size and ink coverage. We calculate it with your real designs, together with the fees and handling in your current workflow.
