Smart Factory
For production & operations leaders
Yesterday: you found out at the end of the month.
Today: you see it while the shift is running.
Real output, downtime, reprints, cost per job: in most DTG operations these numbers arrive late, if at all. Decisions are made on gut feeling, and problems show up when it is too late to fix them.
aeoon connects machines, workflow software and your ERP into one controlled production. Every job leaves data, and one manufacturer stands behind the whole line.
- Machines, software & RIP from one manufacturer
- Open interfaces: OPC-UA & REST
- Made in Austria since 2011
Margin left on the floor, per year$192,000192,000 prints you have capacity for but don't produce
Not sure about your real utilisation? That is exactly the point. In a consultation we look at where your capacity goes and which data your line should deliver.
Example values. Enter your own. Assumes 2 shifts of 8 hours on 200 days per year.
Up to, in production mode. Actual output depends on material, operator and design size, and on the level of automation.
You can't manage what you can't see.
Most production problems are not a machine problem. They are a visibility problem. Here is where that shows up, and how a connected aeoon production handles it.
Visibility
Real output, downtime and reprints showed up at the end of the month, in a spreadsheet someone built by hand.
Every job leaves data. Milow links each order to the machine and the shift that produced it.
Decisions
Which machine, which shift, which product line earns money? Mostly a gut feeling.
Decisions based on production data, not on who argues loudest in the planning meeting.
Operator dependency
Your best shift and your worst shift produced very different results.
Scanning and automatic job assignment take decisions off the operator. The process runs the same way on every shift.
Integration
Order data was re-typed or exported between ERP, RIP and machines.
Open interfaces (OPC-UA, REST) connect order management and ERP directly to the line.
Support
Machine, RIP and software from different suppliers. When something stops, everyone points at someone else.
One manufacturer, one responsibility. aeoon builds the machines, the workflow software and the RIP, and stands behind the whole line.
One ecosystem, from order to finished garment
Machines, software and interfaces from one manufacturer, so data and responsibility don't get lost between suppliers.

Manufacturer support
The people who built your line are the people you call.
A smart factory is only as good as the support behind it. With aeoon, machines, software and RIP come from one team in Kramsach, Austria.
- 1
Plan together
We look at your order profile, shift model and layout before anyone talks about machines.
- 2
Engineered to fit
Custom engineering and line integration from the aeoon Innovation Center adapt the system to your production.
- 3
One contact
One manufacturer responsible for hardware, workflow software and RIP. No finger-pointing between suppliers.

From single machine to smart factory
Automation is a path, not a switch. Each stage builds on the one before, so nothing you invest in today becomes an island tomorrow.
Standalone
Industrial DTG systems with automation-ready interfaces: Micro, Compact, Compact Ai1, Kyo.
Connected
Scanner, workflow software and RIP link orders to machines. Jobs are assigned, not searched.
Automated
Kyo Link: automated loading, scanning, printing, curing and unloading with minimal operator interaction.
Smart factory
Lines integrated with ERP and custom engineering for your plant layout and product range.
Your plant doesn't fit a standard machine? aeoon engineers custom systems and integrates them into existing production.
Custom engineering →Output figures are maximum values in production mode. Actual output depends on material, operator and design size.

Questions operations leaders ask us
Who do we call when something stops?
aeoon. Machines, workflow software and RIP come from one manufacturer, so there is one contact responsible for the whole line. We define service and support for your operation as part of the project.
Which production data do we get?
Milow links every order to the machine and shift that produced it. In a consultation we go through which data matters for your planning and how it reaches your systems.
Can we integrate aeoon systems into our existing ERP?
Yes. aeoon systems provide open interfaces (OPC-UA, REST) and connect to order management and ERP systems.
Do we have to automate everything at once?
No. The path from standalone machines to a smart factory is modular. You can start with connected machines and add automated lines when volume justifies it.
Can we connect existing pretreatment, dryers and finishing equipment?
aeoon systems are designed to be compatible with pretreatment, dryers and finishing equipment. Custom engineering covers special integrations.
