Questions brands ask us
Can we really produce without minimums?
Yes. DTG needs no screens and no setup per design, so a single piece is a real production order. You keep blank garments in stock and decorate them when orders come in.
We have no printing know-how in-house. Is that a problem?
No. On Smart Factory ONE and PRO, one operator runs pretreatment, printing and heat fixation, with pre-installed print profiles on the machine. aeoon commissions the system and trains your team, on site or remotely.
How does the cost per piece compare to our supplier?
It depends on your designs, volumes, freight and the stock you no longer write off. Send us your product mix and we calculate it together in a livestream.
Which materials can we print?
Cotton, blends and polyester, in the same system on Smart Factory ONE and PRO. Choose your material in the free sample box.
Are the inks compliant with our sustainability standards?
aeoon water-based pigment inks are approved by GOTS and OEKO-TEX. And producing to demand avoids the overproduction that minimum orders build in.
Can it connect to our ERP or web shop?
