Consistent POD production with very high output

Shirt King is mainly active in the print on demand business and is focused on small and medium brands. Various types of garments are printed, such as bags, T-Shirts, sweatshirts. Essentially everything, for which there is market demand.

Angelo Grodzki, the managing director, underlines: “We started with the production of buttons and after a few years we decided that we wanted and needed to expand our business field. We saw a very big demand for print-on-demand textiles. That is the reason why we decided to introduce Shirt King as a second brand. We see a lot of demand for on-demand textiles in the coming years. ”

Shirt King was founded in 2015. Since the company is located in the middle of Europe, all goods can be delivered to any place within Europe within a very short time.

Grodzki adds: “We started our business with Shirt King approximately 4 years ago and for the beginning we were using a small desktop printer. Since many years now we are using industrial DTG printers because they are much more reliable and more stable. Especially during peak times. At the end they give us a better turnaround. aeoon is very important and a strategical partner for us, especially for new developments and for service cases, questions. aeoon is always available for us. I would say 24 hours, 7 days a week. They make sure that our production is safe. Even if we have some problems or issues, they always resolve very quick.”

Before production began with aeoon machines, all employees were received in aeoon’s Innovation Center in Tyrol. There, they all received comprehensive training in order to become familiar with the DTG machines.

The CEO of Shirt King states: “So now the big advantage from our point of view, that the aeoon inks do not have an expiration date, or they may have an expiration date, but it is a very long storage period. So, we can buy two times in a year enough ink for all our productions. We can store the ink, and nothing will happen with them.”

The German company has plans to expand production over the next few years, which is why the purchase of further aeoon machines is already in the pipeline.
