There's more than one right way to set up DTG production, and aeoon supports both.External pretreatment is the proven setup for high-volume lines. One pretreatment unit can feed several printers, and each step runs at its own pace. Integrated pretreatment fits shops where floor space and staff are limited, or where one person should run the whole process.
With the Compact Ai1, aeoon now offers the integrated option too. Wet-on-dry pretreatment and printing run in one coordinated system, with one operator and one workflow. This means less handling between steps and a smaller footprint on your production floor.
